1. Acceptance

By downloading, installing, or using OasisWallet (the "Software"), you accept these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Software.

2. License

The Software is open-source and licensed under the Apache License 2.0. You may use, modify, and redistribute it subject to the license terms.

3. No custody

OasisWallet is a self-custodial wallet. You alone control your private keys. Loss of your seed phrase results in irreversible loss of funds. We cannot recover your wallet.

4. No financial advice

Information presented within the Software (prices, balances, network status) is informational only and not financial, legal, or tax advice.

5. Network risk

Blockchain networks may experience downtime, forks, congestion, or bugs. Transactions are final once confirmed. You are responsible for verifying recipient addresses and amounts.

6. No warranty

The Software is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, OasisWallet contributors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Software.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Switzerland, excluding its conflict of law rules.
